Hopefully you have been working with your son on the Family Member pin at home. Check the website at http://pack165webelos.blogspot.com for the worksheets (and other worksheets) so you can get stuff done at home! And either send me an email or let me know at the den meetings when your son does requirements at home. We can’t do everything in the den meetings and I really want all of our scouts to finish up! We will be visiting Henry County Station 13 this Wednesday 2/8 at 6:45pm located at 2815 Hwy 20 E, McDonough. This will be an exciting opportunity for our Webelos to get a personalized tour of the fire station and to finish up the Readyman and Citizen pins. Many thanks to Mr. Wamer for setting this up for this! (Be sure and get a copy of the map tonight.) This year’s Blue & Gold Banquet will be next Saturday at 1:00pm at St. Joseph’s Episcopalian Church in McDonough. Cost is $7 per person and our Webelos eat free! We need to know TONIGHT if you are going so please see Elaine Bynum to settle up. And talk to Michael Amann if you can help with decorations and/or ideas for things to do. I would LOVE to have you dial in and be part of the February Parent/Committee telephone conference will be on 2/14 at 7:00pm. It will be a short one, so please help lead the pack by dialing in and participating in the decision making that is done on the call. Thanks! If you are going to Space Camp we need medical forms and vehicle/driver information. Please see Tanya Brown, our great Event Coordinator, TONIGHT to find out if you need to bring her any information next week.
